Meno vs WedTexts: same pricing, different RSVPs
Two wedding texting tools. Both price by guest count. Prices match almost dollar for dollar. The split is RSVPs and scheduling.
| Meno | WedTexts | |
|---|---|---|
| Free tier | Demo account | Up to 15 guests |
| ~100 guests | $139 | $140 |
| Large weddings | $299 (200+) | $300 (unlimited) |
| RSVP by reply | Yes, auto-reminders | Reminder-focused |
| Date-anchored timeline | Yes | Manual scheduling |
The real difference: RSVPs
With Meno, the RSVP is the text. Guests reply. Their answer lands next to their name. Non-responders get automatic reminders. No export. No spreadsheet chase.
WedTexts is built to broadcast reminders and send guests to whatever RSVP method you already use. Answers usually live elsewhere. That works if you already track RSVPs outside the tool. It does not if you want replies to become the RSVP list.
Who each is for
- Choose Meno if you want RSVPs collected by reply, a timeline that builds around your date, and per-guest conversations you can share with a planner.
- Choose WedTexts if you mainly broadcast reminders, want a free tier for a tiny guest list, or already know and trust it.
